Got any plans for the evening of Tuesday, January 12?

Yeah, we know, it's Cleveland in the winter, plus a surging pandemic. So, looks like another night of Netflix...

What if you could come together with your neighbors, hang out for a bit and maybe even learn about something that could benefit us all?

Sustainable Edgewater is inviting you to do just that!

Daniel Brown of Rust Belt Riders will join the Edgewater neighborhood on January 12 at 7:30PM via Zoom to share the joys of food waste composting. Ok, "joys" might be a bit of an oversell, but a less stinky kitchen trash can has certainly brought a degree of joy to the lives of those using RBR's services.

If you like to garden you'll want to hear about the circular economy RBR has created, resulting in access to some of the finest soil Suzanne and Andrea have planted with.

If you have a New Year's resolution to live a bit more sustainably in 2021, food waste composting is an easy way to accomplish that, plus the whole family can be involved!

Fun Fact: Did you know a typical home can divert approximately 500 lbs of food waste from the landfill each year?
